We are always in need of specific donations of materials and Volunteers!



We are requesting donations for our Urban Butterfly Christmas Fund
Urban Butterflies are primarily Indigenous children and youth in foster care
who meet once a month to get together and do cultural activities.
Donations over $20 get a free pair of Sunglasses (thanks to Claudia Allan Optical)

Items We Currently Need (please drop off at our office, we cannot pick up):

  • Forward and rear-facing car seats that are clean, in good working order, and not expired

  • Clean clothing Donations - especially for children and elders

  • In the winter we ask for warm clothing, footwear, blankets and umbrellas

  • In August we ask for school supplies and children's backpacks



At PAFNW+ we are always seeking volunteers who can donate their time to assist us with specific short- and long-term projects. Please CLICK HERE to fill out this form to be considered as a volunteer.

We need Volunteers who:

  • Have worked with Elders/Youth (requires a criminal record check -download the RCMP criminal record check here

  • Have experience with teaching/assisting in indigenous ceremonies, drumming and/or is a knowledge keeper.

  • Have experience writing grant proposals

  • Have experience teaching/assisting with art and crafts

  • Have experience with organization/running events

  • Have current first aid and/or food safe certificates

  • Have general office experience
